Coach Sebastian
Coach

Sebastian

Born in the USA, moved to Germany as a teenager, and sport was always part of his life. As a competitive tennis player he learned early what discipline and consistent training mean; later he passed that on as a golf coach. Today he is a physiotherapist and combines his athletic experience with expert knowledge of movement, training and performance. His greatest passion remains Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu: technique, athleticism and mental strength, on and off the mat.
